CDM Engineering/OMP Prealpina
REGENERATION PLANTS FOR PLASTICS
Single and twin-screw extruders for recycled plastics.
CDM Engineering/OMP Prealpina production range includes single or double-vented single screw extruders, with die-face cutting system or strand die pelletizers.
Output ranges from 20 to 1400kg/h, depending on the use, i.e. pure recycling or compounding.
Twin-screw co-rotating extruders integrate and complete the product range, with output ranging from 300 to 4000kg/h.

Lines are designed to process different types of materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS, polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), BIO, BAYBLEND, etc.



BFM
FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING MACHINES
Stack type and Central drum.
BFM is the company headquartered in Solbiate Olona, near Varese, specializing in the manufacturing of flexographic printing machines with central drum (up to 10 colors), and of the Stack type (2-4-6-8 colors).

Besides flexographic printing machines, BFM manufactures tow systems and automatic winders for blown film extrusion lines.

Davide Iadonisi

 

has been working for more than 30 years in industrial consulting and sales of flexible and rigid film converting lines, accessories and special plants for the production of nonwovens.

Davide begins his career at S.I.C.M.A. in 1989 as a CNC machine operator to then move on, in 1994, to work in the same role at Costruzioni Meccaniche Luigi Bandera, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of lines for plastic processing and converting.

In 1997 Davide begins his cooperation with BF Engineering, a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of mechanical reducers of any size for the plastic processing plant sector, working in Quality control & assurance, material testing, inspection and final testing.

His extensive experience in metallurgy and heat treatments on materials dates back to this period, especially as for carburizing and hardening, various nitriding techniques, induction hardening and evaluation of destructive tests on metal samples.

Since 2001, Davide has been in charge of all quality certifications at the same company, being responsible for internal and external audits.

Since 2004, he has been part of the sales team, looking after the sales of spare parts for all Bandera product lines on the Italian market. Moreover, he has been in charge of developing the domestic market for single extruders and pelletizing lines since 2011.

Davide has also been a multifirm consultant for plastic plants in the co-extrusion sector since 2013.

Since then, Davide Iadonisi has provided support, as well as transversal consulting services, to companies in the plastic processing sector, who have been able to benefit from his network of qualified partners, at their complete disposal in order to meet any kind of requirement: from the formulation of the recipe to the supply of complete lines for plastic extrusion.
